Diamond Willow is an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility that started in 2004. Our Lester Park facility consists of a home like atmosphere with 26 residents. We are committed to providing the utmost quality of care with emphasis on person-centered care planning and are looking for people who want to join a dynamic team. We are within 5 miles from UMD & St. Scholastica and offer a flexibility of shifts to fit college student’s schedules!

Responsibilities
Performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.
Communicating with RN's and LPN's regarding relevant information pertaining the residents
Accurately documenting information

Shifts: 6:30AM-2:30PM, rotating weekends
Pay Range: Based on experience, Licensure and Shift Differentials. Pay range shown includes shift differentials
