Overview
Diamond Willow is an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility that started in 2004. Our facility in Proctor, MN consists 3 cottages/suites and up to 56 residents. We provide the utmost quality of care with an emphasis on person-centered care planning in our home like atmosphere. We believe our caregivers are the foundation to our success.
No one wants to go to a boring job! Our Proctor facility has created a new dynamic leadership team with brand new management! • WE DO NOT MANDATE - You work your shift and go home. Overtime pay after 8 hours.
• High staff to resident ratio that results in more personalized care towards residents!
• We have full and part time available and many open shifts on block scheduling so you always know your schedule.
• Wage depending on experience and licensure, plus shift differentials for EVENING and NOC Shifts.
• Opportunities for advancement/current Lead Caregivers needed.

Responsibilities
Performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.
Communicating with RN's and LPN's regarding relevant information pertaining the residents
Accurately documenting information
Qualifications
Compassion and care for those in the geriatric community
Strong work ethic
Previous experience is not required

Schedule: 10:30pm-6:30am, rotating weekends
Pay: Wages up to $22/hourly; based on experience/licensure. Pay range shown includes shift differentials
