Overview
Diamond Willow is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community that started in 2004. Our communities in the Duluth/Proctor/Cloquet, MN area consist of a home-like atmosphere with 26-100 residents depending on location. We provide the utmost quality of care with an emphasis on person-centered care planning. We believe our caregivers are the foundation to our success.
Pick your own shifts at various locations in the Duluth/Proctor/Cloquet, MN area based on the needs of Diamond Willow/Keystone Bluffs communities. This is a full-time, part-time or on-call position. Our CNA, RA or PCA have the heart for providing the highest quality of care in all activities of daily living under the supervision of the LPN and RN and have the desire to create joyful experiences for our seniors. - High staff to resident ratio that results in more personalized care towards residents!
- Mileage will be paid for over 30 miles from home address at $.67 per mile

- Available to travel to all locations (unless approved by management)

Responsibilities
Performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.
Communicating with RN's and LPN's regarding relevant information pertaining the residents
Accurately documenting information
Qualifications
Compassion and care for those in the geriatric community
Strong work ethic
Dependable
Previous experience is not required
Able to travel to different Diamond Willow/Keystone Bluff communities.
Job Types: Casual, Float
Schedule: 6:30am-2:30pm;2:30pm-10:30pm,10:30pm-6:30am
Pay Range: Based on experience/licensure.
Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt
