Keystone Bluffs is a 100 bed Assisted Living facility in Duluth, Minnesota. Keystone Bluffs is part of our company, Twin Diamond Operator which has a total of 9 locations located throughout Northern Minnesota. We are dedicated to providing quality care to our residents through compassionate care and assuring that our residents and their needs remain at the forefront of our focus.
Keystone Bluffs seeks a dynamic Administrator who will be responsible for the enriching the lives of our residents, the success of our employees and the continued financial success of the facility. The ideal person would have a Licensed Assisted Living Director license in the State of Minnesota and have previous experience as a leader with an emphasis on Marketing and Sales in an Assisted Living setting.
This position actively promotes Keystone Bluff’s mission, philosophies and values in all daily interactions with employees, residents and families.
Responsibilities:
Comprehensive leadership in operational management, goal setting and long-term growth
Sales and Marketing of the facility for occupancy levels to meet or exceed targets
Leading a team of employees by example with a positive, open atmosphere and ensuring attention to detail in resident care and wellbeing.
Maintain facility occupancy and expenses to budgeted levels
Staff management, development and engagement
Resident and Family satisfaction
Financial responsibility in order to meet or exceed targets
Ensuring regulatory compliance as required by State
Strategic Planning and Budgeting
Sales and Marketing of facility for occupancy levels in order to meet or exceed targets
Requirements:
LALD License
Previous experience in an Assisted Living facility
High energy and passion in caring for our seniors
Previous leadership experience
Strong communication skills with employees, residents, families and the public
Must have valid driver’s license
Strong marketing and computer skills
Ability to multi task
Ability to teach and mentor by example
Recognize the various department needs and prioritize, follow up and follow through
Ability to have flexibility with your work schedule
Flexible and willing to adapt to changes in the assisted living industry
Promotes a positive team approach, respect and a healthy positive work environment
