$40,000 - $55,000 annually - Pay based on percentage of work done, plus bonuses.

Training Pay: $15-17 per hour for 3-4 week, more with specific experience.

This is not a typical seasonal labor job; you will have steady work 40 hours every week for 9 months; then work part-time in winter being paid a salary for 3 months. This job is similar to light construction; it is not similar to house cleaning.
No previous industry experience required, learn a skilled trade and get started on a well paid career path. No ceiling and no income cap. Enjoyable work. Must be professional, meticulous, trustworthy and customer friendly. Ideal candidate will have energy and enthusiasm to exceed expectations and strive for excellence.

• Physically demanding job 8-10 hours per day, walking, standing, reaching, lifting and carrying up to 60lbs. Lift and climb ladders and work up to 29 feet above ground
• Clean residential windows using proper squeegee techniques, daily appointments set for you
• Outstanding, professional customer service inside and outside of luxury homes, face to face interaction with homeowners, children, pets, personal belongings
• Meet or exceed daily standards for safety, quality, productivity
• Work outside in all types of weather including: hot, humid, cold, wind, light rain or snow

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Insurance provider will demand acceptable driving record
• A criminal background check will be performed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $42.00 per hour
