POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year working in customer service or call center environment
- At least 1 year of experience operating a multi phoneline system
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry or similar
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and professionalism
- Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Basic computer skills including data entry
- Effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
CORE DUTIES
- Handling customer complaints and returns
- Providing detailed explanations of services or products
- Working with sales to create better methods to address customer complaints
- Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues
- Communicating with customers in-person, through email, or over the phone
- Receiving orders, calculating charges, and processing payments
- Monitoring customer satisfaction levels
- Referring customers to superiors when necessary
- Other duties as assigned
HOURS
- 1st shift position
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen. Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
