JOB TITLE: General Laborer 2nd Shift
JOB SUMMARY
JOB SUMMARY
This role is primarily responsible for general daily labor as needed. Main tasks include prepping and loading parts and maintaining safe and functional work areas while offering support to meet the production schedule
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years’ experience working with hand and power tools
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work on a team or independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency with ability to work in fast-paced environment
CORE DUTIES
- Lifting, carrying, and setting up heavy equipment
- Maintain equipment and work areas are clean and orderly, and that any unsafe working conditions are corrected or reported immediately
- Prepping and loading parts
- Other duties as asked
HOURS
- 2nd shift position
- Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. - 2:30 a.m.
- Overtime as needed
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen. Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
