JOB TITLE: CNC Finisher/Deburr
JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for prepping manufactured parts to get ready to ship out, while offering support to meet the production schedule.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience working with hand and power tools
- At least one year of experience operating a forklift
- Must be able to lift to/from floor up to 50 lbs.

CORE DUTIES
- Responsible for inventory management and performing cycle counts as needed, maintaining organization of products, and tracking travelers
- Grinding and removing excess material (burrs) from surfaces during the post-production process
- Ensure the use and completion of travelers when processing product
- Adhere to the daily production schedule
- Perform tumbling, deburring, and sand blasting
- Polish and deburr metal parts as needed
- Package product as needed for shipment and/or further internal and external processing
- Inspect parts and report any cosmetic issues to the team lead
- Other duties as assigned
HOURS
- 1st shift position
- Monday through Thursday, 4:45 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.
- Friday - overtime as needed
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen. Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
