POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience using hand and power tools
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Willingness to learn to run CNC Horizontal and/or Vertical machines, and basic CNC machining
CORE DUTIES
- Learn to Operate CNC Machines with little assistance
- Learn how to work with complex blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, job orders, tooling instructions, and standard charts
- Learn how to make required adjustments to machinery to compensate for material tooling, machine, or program conditions
- Learn to make tool offsets with no assistance
- Learn to inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
- Operate CNC machines without supervision after receiving the proper training
- Other duties as assigned
HOURS
- Weekend shift
- Friday - Sunday, 5:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Overtime as needed
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen. Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
