The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new business as well as perform cold-calls in the field to generate new permanent sales. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have an ability to conduct product demonstrations.

This full-time position reports directly to the owner and is based out of our corrugated box plant in San Antonio, Texas with travel throughout South & Central Texas.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation and follow up.
  • Manage and track opportunities throughout our organization.
  • Maintain and grow business within prospects & customers through relationship building and exemplary customer service.
  • Work with personnel in each department to ensure smooth flow of orders through all plant operations.
  • Comply with all company safety and employment policies.

This position is a Salary and Commission Based position and pay is depending upon experience. Diamondback Corrugated Container is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
