Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Director, RIM Compliance, the Representative will assist with the implementation of our RIM program including policies, procedures and standards for physical and electronic company records and information across all business units and functions.
- Arrange, clean, and isolate data to the appropriate locations based on organization of structure of company records
- The capability to evaluate and interpret data to identify the best course of action
- Integrate information to appropriate system locations (e.g., document management, Power Apps, enterprise content management system) for access.
- Must possess knowledge of current and emerging trends and technologies, including cloud services, mobile devices, and artificial intelligence
- Apply metrics to measure the success and impact of Information Management processes and systems adoption
- Maintain meticulous knowledge and organization of structure of company records and responsiveness to the legal team as they need reports or information for SEC/SOX reporting, legal holds, and confidential data.
- At least four (4) years’ experience in compliance, records management, document control, data entry or a senior administrative role
- Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision
- Demonstrates ability to be flexible, meet deadlines, generate innovative solutions to meet constantly changing needs
- Demonstrated ability to be exceptional at learning
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven and extensive excel and data analytics skills
- Motivated self-starter capable of performing with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Familiar with oilfield terminology and operations
- Experience in Oil & Gas computerized systems is preferred
