Job Title: Guest Relations Coordinator
Location: Diamondback Healthcare, Phoenix Arizona
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
Reports To: Front Office Manager
Job Summary:
The Guest Relations Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors at our rehabilitation center. This role is responsible for providing a warm, welcoming environment, managing inquiries, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting communication between patients, families, and the care team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients, families, and visitors warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
Serve as a liaison between guests and clinical/administrative staff to ensure questions and concerns are addressed promptly.
Provide tours and orientation for new patients and their families.
Help coordinate visits, appointments, transportation, and other logistics as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable front desk/lobby area.
Manage grievance process per facility policy.
Document and report guest feedback, concerns, or complaints, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
Support the planning of events, support groups, or family meetings within the center.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the privacy of all patients and guests in line with HIPAA and center policies.
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare setting is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathetic, patient, and able to work in emotionally sensitive environments.
Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and discretion.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
