POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience with hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Forklift certification preferred
- 2 years machine operation experience preferred
CORE DUTIES
- Assist in preparation work for sandblast and anodize process
- Prepare surfaces for the abrading action, protects specific areas of the work surface using masking film, tape, and rubber
- Lifting, carrying, and setting up heavy equipment and parts onto racks, into tumbling barrels, or into cabinets
- Preparing parts for the paint shop
- Maintain equipment and work areas are clean and orderly, and that any unsafe working conditions are corrected or reported immediately
- Maintenance of the sandblasting and anodize equipment, such as cleaning and changing nozzles
- Assist with loading and unloading of parts from trucks
- Other duties as assigned
HOURS
- 1st shift position
- Monday through Thursday 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday- overtime as needed
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen. Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
