What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business analyst position at Diamondpick?

6-9 years of experience on delivery project in a BSA (Business System Analyst) role.

Work with the business users to analyze their business needs and identify the business requirements.

Work with developers to assist in Development / Design with respect to the business understanding if needed.

Assist the QA team to identify the test scenarios and review the test results.

Present documented analysis and key metrics to all impacted stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of relational database concepts, SQL and DW data models.

Analytical thinking and applying BSA techniques to problem solving.

Expertise in P&C Insurance domain (Property & Casualty).

Worked in IT Methodologies : Agile, SDLC.

Excellent data analysis, data profiling and data mapping skills.

Exposure to Legacy (policy & claims management systems & reporting)

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
