- 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in the cards & payment domain and a focus on US market operations .
- Proven track record in leading transformative projects within the financial services industry, particularly in the cards & payment space .
- Strong knowledge of BIAN, card products, payment systems, customer experience management, and industry regulations for US market.
- Gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
- Exceptional BA skills, with experience in working with Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
- Proficiency in card business process analysis and digital transformation strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
