Key Responsibilities
Product Development and Management
Understand client requirements and desired outcomes from digital products.
Define the product vision basis high quality Business Requirement Documentation (BRDs) and user-stories
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on client user feedback.
Manage the product backlog and ensure that the development team has a clear understanding of product requirements and priorities.
User Experience and Customer Focus
Ensure that digital products are designed with a user-centric approach, focusing on the needs and preferences of identified personas.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the product experience.
Work closely with the design team to create intuitive and accessible user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital products and inform product decisions.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, such as user engagement, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction.
Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the product lifecycle through data-driven insights.
Regulatory Compliance and Security
Collaborate with Mindsprint's Cybersecurity and Legal teams to ensure the product scope covers all applicable industry regulations, standards, best practices (such as HIPAA and GDPR) including policies around data security and privacy.
Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration
Build strong relationships with client teams and internal stakeholders across delivery, infosec, PMO teams.
Communicate product updates, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders regularly.
Gather periodic feedback and insights from stakeholders to inform product development and ensure alignment with their needs and expectations.
Qualifications / Experience / Skills required :
A bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
Proven experience (minimum 10-15 years) in Product management and BA roles, of which 5 years should have been in the US healthcare sector.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) would be a distinct advantage.
Proficiency in Confluence / Jira
Experience in backlog management including Epic, Feature, User story development.
Ability to be on-site at least 50% of time at Client locations in the US.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
