We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the transaction process from prelisting to contract to closing. This position requires attention to detail and familiarity with real estate contracts and general computer skills. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from listing paperwork to contract initiation through closing and database management.
- To handle pre sale marketing items, maintain accurate documentation throughout the home sale process.
- Prepare paperwork for agent appointments
- Coordinate all paperwork and organize and assist with the transaction between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and escrow companies and the sale progresses.
- Review contracts for accuracy and completeness, addressing any discrepancies as needed. Coordinate with the Broker to ensure compliance.
- Maintain our records on Google Drive accounts for each transaction.
- Manage post closing processes.
- Database Marketing
- Coordinate utilities and closing instructions for buyers and sellers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Residential Real Estate Transactions.
- Attention to detail in paperwork
- Great communications -written and oral.
- Strong organization skills.
- Desire to grow with the role.
- Some marketing experience helpful but not mandatory
- Looking for a supportive Independent worker who likes to work.
