Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a jack of all trades, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless support to our various business functions, including our direct to consumer and business to business customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Addressing customer questions via phone, email, chat, or social media, providing clear and accurate information about products or services.
- Resolve Issues and Complaints: Investigating and resolving customer complaints or problems, ensuring a positive customer experience and offering solutions.
- Processing Orders and Transactions: Assisting with order placement, cancellations, returns, and exchanges, ensuring smooth transactions.
- Maintaining Customer Records: Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Providing Product Knowledge: Offering guidance on product features, usage, and troubleshooting, helping customers make informed decisions and use products effectively.
