What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Release Manager position at Diati Staffing?
The Quality Assurance Line Release Associate reviews, modifies, and creates batch documentation as part of the packaging conversion process. This position also releases incoming and outgoing materials based upon meeting pre-determined specifications. The position responsibilities include those tasks detailed in the Principle Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions section below. The principle responsibility of every employee is to aid in the production of superior quality products.
Scope:
- Reports to the Quality Assurance Manager or designee.
- Does not involve the management of other staff or personnel.
- Does not manage a business function.
- Executes tasks as part of the batch documentation and release process.
- Interacts with business customers on a routine basis.
- Does not interact with business regulators on a routine basis.
Principle Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions:
- Ownership of Batch Record development and release processing.
- Batch Record review, verification, and final approval.
- Release of finished goods.
- Interpret content of specification/standard.
- Creation/modification of Batch Records.
- Creation/modification of Specifications.
- Initiate/complete Change Control Record.
- Initiate/complete Deviation Record.
- Inbound/Outbound material (component, incoming goods, out going goods) release.
- Collection, evaluation, and storage of retain samples.
- Customer Interface.
- Backup Responsibilities:
- Perform inbound/outbound QA inspections
- Perform QA line inspections
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma/equivalent and 3-5 years in the packaging industry; OR
- Entry level experience with a four year college degree; OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word.
Salary : $22 - $25
