Responsibilities:
- Handle Fees Requested from Clients and record in firm’s case management system.
- Daily communication with clients through client portals.
- Handle follow-up request to and from Clients regarding Fees requested for approval.
- Maintain accurate and current record of Fees Requested from Clients.
- Maintain integrity and accuracy in all communication with firm employees and clients.
- Maintain daily workload and completion of daily task for Fee Approvals requested from clients.
- Support Billing team with needed client approvals.
- Daily workload to save fee approvals received from Client to the firm’s case management system.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2-year degree in Accounting, Finance or similar from an accredited college or university or equivalency preferred but not required
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Working knowledge of cash management products and services
- Law firm experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of BlackKnight, LPS or Fannie Mae client portals preferred but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Proficient computer skills and high-level data entry capabilities
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be detail-oriented
