Job Description: Litigation Paralegal

Position Overview: Diaz Anselmo & Associates, P.A. is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our team at our Naperville office. This role will be pivotal in supporting attorneys within our foreclosure litigation department.
Responsibilities:
- General court research and monitoring of court dockets.
- E-Filing and E-Service of documents with various court systems.
- Input and maintain information into a case management system to ensure data integrity.
- Assist with calendaring court deadlines, coordinating meetings, and calendaring appointments.
- Drafting form notices, motions, and correspondence for paralegal and attorney review.
- Assist paralegals with redaction of discovery documents.
- Preparing physical and electronic files prior to scheduled hearing.
- Effectively communicate with clerk and judicial assistants.
- Provide administrative support to paralegals and attorneys as needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
- General knowledge of foreclosure proceedings preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and formatting of documents in Word.
- Excellent ability to multi-task, manage time, meet deadlines, and prioritize is a must.
- Candidate must be a team player with a positive attitude.
- High-level data-entry with accuracy and speed.
- Salary is commensurate with experience.
