Diaz N Sons Appliance Repair is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Appliance Technician to join our team. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, and more.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic appliances
• Assemble and install new appliances as required.
• Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Perform field service calls to customer locations, ensuring timely and efficient repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the nature of repairs and maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and technical diagrams related to appliance systems.
• Experience in field service roles, demonstrating the ability to work independently in various environments.
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems and electrical components of appliances.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to assemble appliances accurately and efficiently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must have your own reliable vehicle
• Knowledge of sealed systems (a plus)
