Position Summary:
This position plays a critical role within our Operations team. The Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Associate efficiently performs all warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, packaging, and shipment of Swagelok products. This role provides solutions that demonstrate our values, brand promise, our full capabilities, and our focus on customer experience.
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:
· Promptly and accurately fulfill customer orders by pulling, packing, and shipping Swagelok products, a premier, industry leading brand.
· Interact with Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure customer orders are shipped accurately, safely, and on-time.
· Receive and inspect incoming product for accuracy and store incoming product in proper location according to our quality standards.
· Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse, including proper storage and staging of orders.
· Inspect customer returns for accuracy and damage and determine if product is acceptable.
· Ensure inventory accuracy surpasses industry standards by performing daily cycle count.
· Constantly monitor the demand for all warehouse supplies, resources, and activities in relation to company’s goals and objectives
· Process material certifications, certifications of compliance, and certification of origin
· Continuously improve through goal setting and utilizing Swagelok’s educational resources
· Document, file, and organize paperwork in alignment with our Quality Program
· Ensure, promote, and maintain a safe working environment for all associates including surveying facility for continuous improvement opportunities, repair, and maintenance
· Promote and perform our core values of customer focus, quality, integrity, respect, innovation, and continuous improvement.
· Perform custom kitting for key accounts and prepare packages for shipment.

Qualifications:
· High School degree and a minimum of 3 years prior warehouse experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP experience a plus
· Must be able to work in a team environment towards a shared vision
· Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
· Excellent verbal and communications skills
· Detailed oriented, organized, results focused, process-oriented, with the ability to perform a variety of tasks independently and within a team environment
· Knowledge of and/or skills to use basic power tools
Physical Demands
Strength – Must be able to lift, carry, and/or push packaging and crating (max. 50lbs)
Legal – Must possess a valid driver’s license
