Thanks for checking out our ad. We are DiBlasi Painting a local family run painting company. We specialize in high end residential painting. From.historical restorations to high end new build we have the privilege of working on some of the most beautiful buildings in Dutchess county. We take pride in getting to maintain and preserve the exteriors of these buildings, as well as getting to beautify the interiors.

My father brother and myself (I'm Luke by the way) have built this company from the 3 of us in 2018 to a full time staff of 12 painters. My father, with 30 years of experience along with my brother manage the projects while I take of the back end stuff like getting this ad out to you all. We have never laid off an employee over the winter and this year we are actually looking to expand our team by 50% We are looking for a variety of experience ranges from possible job leads all the way down to those with little or no experience. More important than you're experience is your attitude, your work ethic and your moral compass. With our training and your hard work we can take anyone from zero to good or from good to great. We want people that want to improve, that look forward to challenges, that enjoy problem solving.

Anybody with a brush is a painter right? The truth is many of our competitors in this industry feel that way. They churn and burn through tons of employees as they wear workers down with unrealistic goals, inadequate training and poor work environment. In our family we have a saying "we just need good people, we can make them into good painters". Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
• Apply paint using various techniques including brush, roller, and airless paint spraying.
• Execute painting projects with precision, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Collaborate with team members on larger projects to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards on construction sites.
• Restore existing painted surfaces as needed to maintain property aesthetics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
