Job Responsibilities
- Overall min. of 7 years experience on Data Side and minimum 3 years current experience in reinsurance.
- Well versed with data mapping and supporting data apps.
- Engage with stakeholders to document detailed requirements for data projects which includes ETL processes, Power BI Reports, Qlik View reports and dashboards.
- Proficient in documenting data mappings for seamless integration between various applications and services.
- Proficient in documenting data ingestion, and processing requirements for data warehouse / data lake.
- Proven experience in business analysis, particularly in data projects.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools, including Power BI and QlikView.
- Experience with data lake technologies and big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Azure Data Lake).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
