PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME THAT OVERTIME WILL BE ALLOWED.Duration : 12 MonthsTasks and Responsibilities : Elicit, understand, and document business requirementsConduct Business and System research and analysis and prepare documentationTranslate requirements and constraints into functional and non-functional requirements and mock-ups of the applicationProvide leadership and direction to business analysts across Client delivery teams to ensure that their work and requirements are in alignment with the overall Client system requirementsPerform validation of business, functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholdersDesign and execute user acceptance test cases, test suites and test plansAssist with User Acceptance Testing and Demonstrations, verifying that the application meets customer acceptance criteria and end user expectationsContribute to new technology projects as assignedPrepare high-level design documentation, business requirements documentation and supplemental functional and non-functional requirements documentationAct as liaison between Business, Development, Conversion, and Testing teamsDocument, communicate, and facilitate correction of requirements changes discovered during the implementation and seek sign-offs.Work with the teams to ensure appropriate follow through to resolution.Requirements MANDATORY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE : At least 8 years of experience developing and employing functional and non-functional requirements artifacts (Use Cases, Epics, Features, User Stories, Requirements Definition, Process Definitions, User Interface Wireframes, Data Dictionaries, Field Level Mappings for Data Integration to and from COTS and custom applications).Experience in business requirements elicitation and creating workflows for major systems.Experience providing leadership and direction to business analysts working on multiple teams to deliver large complex systems.Experience with Agile Scrum and / or Kanban methodologies.Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology.Experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions.DESIRABLE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE : Creating workflows for major systemsDemonstrated experience in analyzing, disseminating, and interpreting policies and proceduresAbility to understand business requirements and document them into a functional specificationAbility to work with architects, developers, engineers, and domain experts to document non-functional requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid attention to detail and multi-tasking abilitiesStrong conflict resolution and negotiation skillsDetermining and documenting requirements for APIsFamiliarity with Azure API ManagementFamiliarity with Azure DevOpsEmployers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
