Our challenge

We are looking for a talented Senior Angular Developer with extensive experience in Angular (versions 13 / 14), JavaScript, and HTML5. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in web development, with a proven ability to lead a team of developers. This role involves client-facing responsibilities, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently on complex projects.

The Role

Responsibilities :

Web Development : Design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications using Angular 13 / 14, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness across various devices.
JavaScript & HTML5 : Write clean, maintainable code using JavaScript and HTML5, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 developers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure successful project delivery.
Client Engagement : Interact with clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address any technical issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Independent Work : Take ownership of projects and tasks, demonstrating the ability to work independently and make technical decisions that align with project goals.
Code Review : Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, architectural decisions, and project specifications.
Collaboration : Work closely with UX / UI designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create user-friendly and visually appealing applications.
Problem-Solving : Identify and troubleshoot issues, implementing effective solutions to enhance application performance and user experience.

Requirements : You are :

Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on Angular (versions 13 / 14).

Technical Skills : Proficient in Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML5 / CSS3.

Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating with back-end services.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Leadership Skills : Demonstrated experience in managing a small team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective project delivery.

Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.

Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

It would be great if you also had :

Experience in Agile development methodologies.

Familiarity with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java) is a plus.

Relevant certifications in Angular or front-end development are advantageous.
