Job Description
As a Senior at DGC, you should have advanced technical abilities and supervisory skills. You will perform audit and tax work while supervising and reviewing the work of associates, and interacting closely with the client personnel as well as the management of the firm.
Qualifications
Senior Associates generally have four to seven years experience and have passed the CPA exam or are in the process of obtaining their CPA certification. Seniors are expected to know and fully understand the Firm’s policies and procedures, possess technical knowledge sufficient to supervise staff accountants, acquire the ability to develop quality client relationships and loyalty, begin to develop a command for various accounting principles, financial reporting and auditing standards and procedures and assume the responsibility for supervision of financial statement engagements and research and performance of tax engagements.
