Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and 10 key entries
- Proficient communication, flexibility, ethical conduct, time management, and problem-solving/analysis skills
- Must have initiative and be customer/client-focused
- Utilize office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
- Ability to manage and track multiple tasks, particularly those related to vehicle licensing, invoice processing, and equipment database upkeep.
- Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and repair processes.
- Experience working in a construction, equipment rental, or maintenance environment.
- Familiarity with fleet management or asset tracking software.
- Track and manage all vehicle and equipment licensing, ensuring timely renewals to maintain compliance.
- Review, code, and process invoices related to equipment repairs and rentals.
- Maintain and update equipment databases with current asset information, repair history, and rental activity.
- Prepare and organize reports and internal documents related to equipment performance, usage, and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized digital and physical records of all equipment assets and related documentation.
- Enter and verify data with a high level of accuracy to ensure equipment records are up to date.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data processing.
- Ability to maintain structured and accessible file systems.
