Job Responsibilities & Duties (not limited to):
- Be an inspirational leader
- Motivate, counsel, and monitor team performance
- Provide an outstanding culture of communication

- Monitor daily/weekly productivity
- Take ownership of high-quality reconditioning standards that minimize comebacks
- Conduct periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality
- Coordinate the reconditioning phase from acquisition to front line display
- Manage sublet work relationships, holding vendors accountable for on-time delivery at negotiated rates
- Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA’s right-to-know
- Work with service team to provide a high quality product in a timely manner
At all times will be required to adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety codes.
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive reconditioning or a related industry
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to safety, quality and customer service
- High school or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
