Essential Duties :
Design and implement full-cycle training and development strategies in terms of policies, procedures, goals, and objectives
Develop and align training programs with the company’s culture and core values to reinforce a strong, mission-driven environment across all departments, ensuring consistency in leadership, customer service, and operational excellence
Design leadership development initiatives with a train-the-trainer focus
Manage skills training for individuals and groups to ensure scalable operational efficiency
Work collaboratively with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand training needs and develop appropriate training materials and methods of delivery.
Identify gaps in skills and competencies, determine training needs, and prepare training plans for the operations teams
Responsible for managing the overall performance of new and ongoing development initiatives and training programs and providing regular analysis to management
Stay up-to-date with the latest training technologies and trends to design more effective and engaging programs.
Acts as the contributing team member in organizational change management projects
Lead, mentor, and develop the Training and Development team
Design and implement mechanisms for tracking and measuring the ROI of training programs to ensure they contribute to key business outcome
Other Duties & Responsibilities
Participate in ad-hoc special projects, developmental opportunities, and other tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications :
Five years of leadership experience in a learning and development role
Demonstrated experience creating outcome-focused train-the-trainer initiatives
Demonstrated experience in a related industry designing training programs for entry-level workers
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

Excellent project management skills : organized, resourceful, excellent follow-through, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize
Must demonstrate initiative to assess and resolve issues proactively
