Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with a friendly welcome.
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes and provide information about services offered.
- Manage guest inquiries and provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities or restaurant menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance area to enhance the guest experience.
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Support guest services by addressing any concerns or requests promptly and efficiently.
- Familiarize yourself with the POS system for processing orders and managing reservations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on positive interactions with guests.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus but not required.
- A friendly demeanor and a passion for helping others are essential traits for success in this role.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
