Title Loans Assistant Manager

Description:

Salary: $17 per hour plus Monthly Bonus

- Comply with state and federal mandates regarding lending and repossession.

- Interview applicants to determine their loan needs, earnings, ability, and stability in order to decide if the loan is an acceptable risk.

- Gather background information on applicants through friendly conversation

- Verify employment, client references and insurance coverage

- Type all necessary loan documents for approved loans

- Prepare client loan files and maintain loan records

- Ensure that each loan is processed accurately by making sure that each one is properly documented, disbursed, and filed

- Review all loan files checking for all necessary paperwork, signatures, notices, and computer information such as interest rates, VIN #, vehicle type and expected payments

- Disburse checks or cash on approved loans. Confirm the client understands all terms, conditions, and disclosures on the loan

- Making warm collection calls out to clients who may be behind in their payments

- Process loan payments or extensions

- Provide payoff quotes to clients

- Paid loans and paper title release to clients

-Maintain charge offs account and keep accounts paid up to date

Requirements:

· Greeting customers in a friendly manner when they enter the office

· Use behavior that is always professional in nature

· Ability to use a computer

· Have your own reliable transportation

· Must be 21 years of age or older

- Adhere to all lending policies and procedures

- Maintain regular attendance

- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with other team members
