- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect by using diplomacy and tact; ensures that customers are greeted and acknowledged; offers customers assistance as needed or requested.
- Aides athletes by ascertaining their needs and directing them to the golf services area that most effectively meets their needs.
- Ensures each customer receives exceptional service leading to maximized sales by finding the right products, providing creative solutions, and resulting in dramatically improved performance
- Demonstrate knowledge of all vendors equipment including heads, shafts, and grips.
- Support store services sales by educating the customer on the benefits of club fittings and club repair services available.
- Make equipment and accessory recommendations tailored to the customer.
