About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouser. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our production standards, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining production standards in all areas by adhering to company protocols and procedures.
- Handling merchandise on the front end, including stacking and opening boxes, to ensure efficient processing and storage.
- Verifying correct hangers are used for garments and hanging them according to store standards to maintain visual appeal and organization.
- Checking quantities for both store and case pack to guarantee accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Selecting the correct pick for store items and quantities while reporting any errors found to your supervisor.
- Completing documentation neatly and accurately to maintain records and facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment that meets company standards.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess basic reading comprehension and numerical reasoning skills.
- You should be able to keep pace with production standards and have problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise.
- Familiarity with equipment such as tape machines, RF guns, gladiators, and computers is essential for success in this role.
- Manual dexterity is crucial for tasks involving manual handling and precision.
- You will need to be able to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull, and lift cartons/bins weighing up to 40-50 lbs repetitively.
