OVERVIEW:
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Design and Development
Develop instructional materials and curricula, including e-learning courses, instructor led content, multimedia content, job aids, instructor guides, assessments, and other training materials.
Manage instructional design projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals and organizational standards.
Work closely with SME’s, department heads and leaders from key stakeholders including, but not limited to technology, loyalty, external service vendors, and L&D to ensure training materials are aligned with job roles, company objectives, and performance standards. Provide guidance on the use of instructional design best practices.
Partner with Supervisors and contact center leaders to create ad hoc training materials for ongoing learning.
Design thorough and engaging assessments to measure trainee comprehension.
Follow top industry trends and provide guidance on new learning and technology solutions.
Content Maintenance/Documentation
Create and maintain detailed documentation of course designs, including project plans, timelines, and reports on training outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to consistently update training materials.
Develop a training portfolio to accurately track and manage content creation and updates.
Needs Analysis
Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning objectives and content requirements. Analyze target audience characteristics to determine the most effective instructional strategies.
Partner with external vendors to determine most effective training solutions.
Data Driven Insights
Create surveys to receive feedback on new hire training experience.
Present findings and recommendations to L&D Team and other key stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Design & Technology, Educational Technology, Education, E-learning, Multimedia Design, or related degree.
3-5 years experience in Direct Instructional Design
Proficiency in using modern authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Lectora.
Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and experience in managing LMS platforms.
Familiarity with multimedia production, including video editing, graphic design, and animation.
Experience with AI-driven learning platforms and tools.
Strong understanding of UX design principles and experience in applying them to learning solutions.
Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Microsoft TEAMS Virtual Training platform
