OVERVIEW:
The Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for the identification, redesign, development and implementation of complex operational process improvements and automation projects, which will result in significant positive impact to Dick’s Sporting Goods. This role will serve as an internal expert in process transformation and change agent to instill a culture of continuous process improvement and innovation across the organization.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize process and operational opportunities and create efficiencies. Document and analyze current state processes; design, document/map, and communicate future- state process, including automation opportunities. Direct meetings, interviews, and workshops to gather requirements necessary for design solutions and lead future state implementation plans.
Coordinate and complete various project management tasks including, communication and training plans, leadership status reports, and standardized tools/process guides. Identify key risks or roadblocks and provide leadership recommendations to drive work and process efficiencies.
Develop key reporting metrics to quantify hard savings and/or process efficiency improvement. Calculate ROI’s in an effort to prioritize automation road map.
Provide ad-hoc analysis on automation journey; administer intake projects within our automation software suite; liaise with key stakeholders to ensure automations are working as designed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Effectiveness, Information Technology or related degree
3 - 5 years' experience in retail or technology preferred
Lean, Six Sigma preferred
Training in Organizational Change Management theories and practice preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus
