Our Customer Service Satisfaction Supervisor is a professional within our Dick Van Dyke Inc. team whose primary responsibility is to ensure customers are satisfied with the service they receive by monitoring our customer service representatives and customer feedback. This role identifies areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall customer experience and retention; essentially, they act as a bridge between the company and its customers to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction levels are award winning.
Customer Service Satisfaction Supervisor Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm w/ 1hr lunch

Customer Service Satisfaction Supervisor key responsibilities include:
- Measuring customer satisfaction: Track key performance indicators like customer service representatives call volume percentages and scores.
- Analyzing customer feedback: Reviewing customer reviews, complaints, Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau concerns to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Developing customer service strategies: Implements initiatives to address customer concerns and improve service quality across all customer touchpoints.
- Training and coaching the customer service team: Providing ongoing training to customer service representatives on best practices, complaint resolution, and customer-centric approaches.
- Monitoring service quality: Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure customer service interactions and meet company standards.
- Collaborating with other departments: Working with all departments to align customer service strategies with overall business goals.
Customer Service Satisfaction Supervisor Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree with transcripts((preferred)) or High School Diploma with transcripts
- Three to Five years with a Customer Service Background
- Three to Five years of a Supervisory Background
- Three Professional References
- Two Personal References
- Driver's License (Required)
