Role Description - Accounting
This is a full-time on-site role for Accounting located in Charlotte, NC. The Accounting Department is responsible for data entry, invoice payment, tax compliance, contract compliance, agent billing, agent commission payments, financial statement preparation, and cash flow management.
Qualifications
• Real Estate knowledge and/or interest in residential real estate.
• Knowledge of, or ability to learn, QuickBooks and real estate software programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ideally, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
