Our Dickey’s - Managers do more than simply complete paperwork and place orders. As the face of Dickey’s, you are to provide and ensure fast and friendly customer service, creating a fun and positive work environment, hiring and leading a top group of Dickey’s employees, dedicated to serving up fresh-made, delicious barbecue and other offerings for our hungry customers. In addition to preparing food, this role is responsible for providing fast and friendly customer service, operating the point-of-sale system, safeguarding cash and inventory, maintaining proper food safety standards, and ensuring cleanliness.
The ideal Dickey’s - Manager has 1 plus years of restaurant management experience, is a friendly, hard-working, and reliable leader who enjoys engaging with customers and employees.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Implement policies and procedures
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, etc.)
