What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member position at DICKEY'S BARBECUE PIT-Constitution?
Dickey's Barbecue Pit is the largest barbecue franchise in the country and one of the fastest growing restaurant chains. We are now hiring for our Constitution Ave location.
All crew members begin at minimum wage. With tips the average pay ranges from $15.50-$16.50/hour.
The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:
- Friendly, cheerful disposition
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to carry out specified daily procedures with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers
- Punctual and dependable
- "Can-do" positive attitude
- Team player
- Previous restaurant experience a plus but not required
