Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Take customer orders accurately using the Aloha POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Assist in food preparation, adhering to proper food handling and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring a tidy environment.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations during peak hours.
- Perform basic math calculations for order accuracy and assist with retail math when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with culinary practices and food handling procedures is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and order accuracy.
