Responsibilities
- Make and prepare all the food and sides.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
- Utilize POS systems efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Take phone calls and take guest orders.
- Complete work assignments and priorities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations.
- Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a tidy environment for guests.
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
-Various cleaning and upkeep tasks to maintain a clean store
Different shifts:
Must able to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and holidays
AM shift: 10am to 2pm (8am to 2pm on certain days)
PM shift: 4pm to 9pm
