What is Dickey's BBQ PIT CREW?
The Pit Crew has the primary responsibility to deliver GREAT Energy, Speed, and Barbecue. Dickey’s Barbecue Pit strives to deliver great food and excellent service to every single guest, every single time—creating an authentic, memorable, and appetizing barbecue experience for each of our guests.
What will you do?
As a Pit Crew member, your role could include but is not limited to:
- Cashier
- Utility
- Block Assist
- Drive-thru Operations
The Pit Crew member must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain all Dickey’s policies and procedures. This includes cooking, cleaning, and interacting with guests. Our commitment to customer service, cleanliness, and serving fresh, quality food sets us apart from the rest.
