What will you do?
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of eCommerce , the eCommerce Content Manager will have responsibility for ensuring Dickies delivers an elevated digital experience. This role will work closely with the Sr. Manager of eCommerce to execute a best-in-class online experience. The eCommerce Content Manager drives the creation, management and optimization of website content to ensure a seamless user experience and support business objectives.

Drive website creation, management and optimization of website content to ensure a seamless user experience and support business objectives.
Developing content strategies, overseeing digital product presentations, enhancing SEO efforts, and maintaining consistency in brand voice and messaging across digital touchpoints.
Strong content creation and editing abilities, with expertise in SEO best practices.
What do you need to succeed?
We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 5 years of experience and professional achievements.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
Shopify expert with content management experience (CMS) and ecommerce platforms
Analytical skills for measuring content performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.
Experience with UI/UX principles in web design.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic content troubleshooting
Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and PowerBI

Hiring Range : $82,080.00 USD - $102,600.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
