The Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager is a crucial role responsible for overseeing the development and end-to-end management of priority cross-GTM programs, ensuring alignment across business objectives. This role provides a clear roadmap that outlines stage gates and milestones needed to successfully launch seasonal assortments and key product stories through aligned cross functional collaboration. This includes working closely with internal stakeholders, positioning the product, developing marketing and sales plans, and overseeing the launch process.

$95,040.00 USD - $118,800.00 USD annually

- Develops GTM strategy, including market analysis, key retail partners, and target consumers and how to reach them.
- Lead the concepting process to create solutions for seasonal assortment development, brand storytelling in store and elevated brand presence at events.
- Ensures alignment and collaboration across Product, Marketing and Commercial teams through end-to-end product development lifecycle, including building positive, productive work relationships to understand and deliver marketing solutions that drive growth and bottom-line results .
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define product launch marketing and communication strategies, develop presentations for Go to Market meetings and sales meetings.
- Build strong partnerships and establish credibility with the internal and external team based upon a demonstrated collaborative approach, leadership skills and experience.
- Define, evaluate and report key metrics that tie to business goals. Tracks key metrics and data: Measures the success of the GTM plan and identifies areas for improvement.

- Experience in leading cross functional teams and processes
- Understanding of retail marketplace and brand-retailer relationships
- Ability to successfully manage complex projects
- Analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and presentations
- Proven ability to innovate and foster innovation in others
- Drive operational results including budgets, timelines and efficiencies
- 5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in the outdoor or related industry
- Experience project leading teams in a fast paced, high-volume environment is critical
- 25% travel
