The primary responsibilities of a Product Line Coordinator are to support the product category team for Men's woven apparel in managing samples, process, and system/line plan management, to ensure on time execution against line plan delivery with high degree of accuracy and execution. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Men's Bottoms.

Hiring Range:
$57,888.00 USD - $72,360.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. What will you do?
A day in the life of a Product Line Coordinator at Dickies looks a little like this.
The primary responsibilities of a Product Line Coordinator are to support the product category team for Men's woven apparel in managing samples, process, and system/line plan management, to ensure on time execution against line plan delivery with high degree of accuracy and execution. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Men's Bottoms.
Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.
- Leads system input of seasonal line plan with a focus on accuracy and timing. Supporting the global Workwear merchandising team.
- Handles carryover process from season to season.
- Assists with new item setups
- Consistent line plan reviews and updates to ensure accuracy. Working with Merch and other teams to update as needed.
- Creates and maintains cost analysis each season.
- Ensures accuracy of line plans prior to submitting. Assigns style numbers; administers seasonal pricing in system.
- Communicates line changes/additions/deletions to Operations, Supply Chain, domestic and VFA sourcing, and regional merchandising.
- Ensure timely delivery and communication to organization regarding changes and product updates.
- Key contact for cross-functional teams to reach out to for clarity & clean-up of data.
- Leads consistent reviews to ensure accuracy of products in each season and working with merch team to obtain accurate and up-to-date information.
- Works with Merch, Product Development, Technical Design, Supply Chain, Forecasting, Planning, Operations

- Proven ability to operate complex business tracking and organizational systems
- Effective professional communication skills (written, oral)
- Experience with Flex PLM system
- Extensive PC skills (MS Office programs, inclusive of presentation skills via Power Point and analytical skills via Excel/Access)
- Promotes spirit of collaboration and teamwork. Develops positive relationships with key internal and external partners.
- Strong business orientation, analytical aptitude, retail math
- 1-2 years of experience in apparel merchandising
