SUMMARY
This position is responsible for working with individuals age 14 via Common Ground Software to empower consumers and provide them with the tools to have an active voice in their recovery. Responsibilities include providing recovery oriented peer support, assisting the consumer in identifying providing recovery oriented Personal Medicine, writing power sand completion of the Common Ground report and using Decision Aid Worksheets.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- High School diploma or GED
Experience
- Be a self- identified individual who has received or is receiving state priority group services. Have a high school diploma or GED.
- One years' work experience in human services preferred.
Certifications, Licenses, & Other Requirements
- Be able to obtain agency-required clearances for criminal record check, child abuse, and working with children.
- Complete and be trained on CommonGround software.
Must have a lived mental health experience.
