What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professionals position at Dickinson Center, Inc.?
The Residential Program Worker (RPW) provides direct care within the Community Residential Program. This program provides residential services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Elk and Potter Counties. The RPW provides daily individualized care to each consumer while encouraging independence, respecting personal preferences, and ensuring their health and welfare.

Education
- High School diploma or GED
- Age 18 or older by the completion of new hire training and orientation.
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills involving working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, driver for 3 years, preferred.
