- Provide phone, receptionist, information and/or refer customer service duties
- Establish and maintain records and files
- Control access to and from the center
- Oversee the use of strength and cardio training equipment
- Direct student work study group who are hired to maintain the equipment in the center
- Ensure the facility users are adhering to fitness center policies
- Maintain a welcoming, energetic presence at the desk
- Maintain current First Aid/CPR certification
